Codes Out! + Typo in the Previous Update

Codes are going out now! Please keep an eye out.

Additionally, please note: We made a typo in the last update. Because it's a full-color hardcover, the at-cost of the book is a little under $20, not $10. 

We're very sorry for the confusion and error!

POD Codes Incoming! Please Read

Hey folks!

Please read this update carefully!

Larry has signed off on the POD book, and so your POD codes are incoming! Tonight (sometime after 5 PM MST), you'll receive an email from DriveThruRPG with an at-cost coupon. It'll appear as a URL. All you need to do is click the link and check out from DriveThruRPG, through their system and they'll dispatch your book after it's printed.

Each code is unique to each backer, and can only be used once. If you run into issues, please email [email protected] and we'll sort you out. 

However, for clarity sake, please remember the following: 

• This at-cost code is for the older version of Savage Worlds, titled Savage Worlds: Deluxe
• It's entirely optional, and nothing else in your rewards are dependent on it. 
• The Backer (you) needs to pay the "at-cost" of the book (a little under $10, as opposed to $40) and shipping.
• The book you'll be getting as part of this campaign (the ones in your pledge) will be the Savage Worlds: Adventure Edition. Those books will be printed and shipped in a traditional manner.

As you'll recall, this is an optional bonus we did due to the overlap of both rulesets with the campaign. You do not have to get this book, and if you pledge for a physical book and don't use this code, you will only not have this optional product.

POD Proof of the Savage Worlds: Deluxe Edition!

Hey folks!

The POD Proof of the Savage Worlds: Deluxe edition of Monster Hunter International: Savage has arrived! This is the one that will be provided to backers who wish to get it in order to provide support for the outdated Savage Worlds Deluxe ruleset (the printed books will be for Savage Worlds: Adventure Edition!)

Larry was provided a copy to preview and give final approval on before we pass out the POD codes! As soon as he's had a chance to do so, we'll send those links via DriveThruRPG email!

Update!

Happy Memorial Day folks!

• The Savage World: Deluxe proofs are in the mail to us. We were hoping they'd arrive Friday or Saturday but they haven't yet. As soon as they do, we'll give them a final check, post some pictures and get the POD codes for those to folks. 
• The Action Decks are here! There are some pictures in this update. They came out great (as you can see!). Each deck is individually shrink-wrapped and we upgraded the paper quality and finish!
• The Savage Worlds: Adventure Edition edits are submitted and the layout artist is updating the file with the SWADE rules! Once it's done, we'll run it past Larry for his final approvals on the changed mechanics. We've got our printer on stand-by and our spot in their schedule locked! Again, we print in the US, so there's no delay for international shipping to our fulfillment team, customs or similar. 
• Once that's done, we'll be tacking the PDFs for the 80s and Western eras, and we'll be dual-statting those for SWADE and Savage Worlds: Deluxe again so folks have the benefits of both! We'll also have some bonus news regarding those after they're approved and completed!

MHI: SWADE Update!

Hey folks!

Sorry for the delay in the update (unexpected travel at the end of last week)! The GKG team also had a meeting with Larry last Friday about the SWADE portion of the project. The MHI:SW Deluxe proofs have been ordered, so it will be a few weeks until they arrive. If they're good, we'll pass out the codes to backers! We're not expecting any issues. 

SWADE updates are underway. We're finalizing the changes for the existing profiles, and based on your feedback, we're going to move the stated up characters to their appropriate sections (instead of the back of the book.)

We're also increasing the amount of enemy statblocks in the SWADE edition (again, based on your feedback.)

Our printer is backlogged until June, so our goal is to have the PDF updates fully underway by mid-May, completed by end of May, out to you in early June and at print in June. Luckily our printer is US based, so it generally takes six to eight weeks for us to get the books. Then Larry will come over for a signing day, and shipping will begin for everyone with book pledges!
